Fort Worth-based PMG has acquired Camelot Strategic Marketing & Media of Dallas, an independent agency buyer of video, OTT, and CTV. Camelot’s marquee customers include Intuit, Charter Communications, Experian, Michaels, and Whole Foods. PMG's George Popstefanov will be CEO. PMG has offices in Fort Worth, Dallas, New York, London, Austin, Atlanta and Cleveland, and includes Apple, Nike, Best Western Hotels & Resorts, Gap Inc., Sephora, and Shake Shack as clients.

Chelsea Griffith has joined the Fort Worth Chamber as Vice President of Investor Relations to develop and execute a fundraising strategy to ensure the resources to facilitate the organization's mission. She previously has worked as Chief of Staff to former Tarrant County Judge Glen Whitley, Chief of Staff to former Mayor Betsy Price and FW City Council, and as an aide to U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison and the Senate Commerce Committee.

Lockheed Martin has a contract valued at $746 million to facilitate the integration efforts of the government of Switzerland into the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter program. Work is expected to be completed by December 2030. Switzerland signed a procurement contract worth $6.2 billion for the F-35A in September 2022.

Trademark Property Company says it will assume leasing and property management for the 114,000-square-foot retail district at Left Bank, which is off West 7th and anchored by a Tom Thumb. It is Trademark’s seventh property in D-FW and 17th property nationally.

Fort Worth’s fiscal year 2024 budget includes a new Environmental Services Department. Existing services that include environmental quality, consumer health and solid waste have been unified within the Code Compliance Department for several years. This week, they are the components of ESD.

Street Realty, a Fort Worth-based commercial real estate firm, has acquired a 12-acre site with 1,100 feet of frontage along West Loop 820 near Clifford Road. The site will be the future home of West Loop Business Park, a 140,000-square-foot, light industrial business park composed of 14 buildings. Completion is expected in about a year.

Fort Worth-based Summit Peak Investments has filed to launch a potential $2.6-million venture capital fund to provide capital to other VC funds and emerging companies. Summit Peak is led by Managing Partners Apurva Mehta and Patrick O’Connor, and says it has about $800 million in assets.

Vista Property Co. purchased the 92K-square-foot Cooper Street Plaza in Arlington from a Texas-based real estate investment trust. The property is anchored by K&G Men’s Co. and OfficeMax, and includes Black Rifle Coffee Co., UPS, State Farm Insurance and Ninja Sushi.

Tradition Senior Living has opened Tradition-Clearfork in Fort Worth. The property includes independent living, assisted living and memory care facilities. Jackson & Ryan Architects and Rogers-O’Brien Construction served as the architect and general contractor, respectively, and Telios was the engineering firm. Tradition Management LLC manages the property.

Bye bye baby: The CDC defines the general fertility rate as the number of births per 1,000 women ages 15–44. The nation’s fertility rate has generally declined since 1957, when there were 122.9 births per 1,000. Preliminary data shows the 2022 rate at just 56.1. North Dakota (+2.93%) and Louisiana (+1.13%) were the only states with fertility rate increases between 2005 and 2021.
