A $70-million, 1,014,929-square-foot warehouse/office space started construction Sept. 1, according to a filing with the state by TCRG Opportunity VII, a fund of TCRG Properties. It is located at Everman Parkway and I-35. TCRG was founded in 2015 by Fort Worth's Bobby Patton, who also is a minority owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers.

Grapevine-based GameStop Corp, which reports Q2 results later today, can “remain solvent for the foreseeable future,” according to Wedbush analyst Michael Pachter, but longer-term headwinds will likely result in cash burn growth.
