PNC Bank has signed a lease for 15,000 square feet of office space at Crescent Real Estate's mixed-use development at 3230 Camp Bowie Blvd. PNC joins Goff Capital, an affiliate of Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate, which is the developer of the Fort Worth project, and a growing roster of other tenants at the property. Other tenants include Pegasus Resources, Pheasant Energy, Contango, Royal Bank of Canada, Raymond James, Satori Capital and Duro Restaurant.
Kimbell Royalty Partners has acquired mineral and royalty interests in the Permian Basin and Mid-Continent from a private seller for $455 million. It is entitled to all production cash flow from June 1 forward. KRP went public in 2017. It was founded in 1999 by Robert Ravnaas and Brett Taylor, with the Kimbell Art Foundation and Ben Fortson as anchor partners.
DFW claimed 24 companies on the Fortune 500 list of the country’s largest firms for 2022 released Monday. Here’s who made the cut from Tarrant County, their ranking and annual revenue:

Congratulations: The Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, founded in 1973, celebrates its 50th anniversary Saturday. The Chamber, led by Anette Soto Landeros, includes approximately 750 businesses as members.
Developer JPI plans to bring a 398-unit multifamily community to east Fort Worth, as reported in the Dallas Business Journal. The development at 8101 Ederville Road, will include units with garages and a 13,000-square-foot clubhouse, according to a filing. The filing lists construction costs at almost $17 million. With groundbreaking slated for later this year, the project should deliver by 2025.
David Bonderman, co-founding partner of TPG Inc., will receive the 2023 Fort Worth Business Executive of the Year on Nov. 7 during the 53rd Fort Worth Business Hall of Fame event.
