Trademark Property Company, in partnership with Swift Creek Partners, has sold Waterside, a 63-acre, mixed-use community anchored by Whole Foods Market and REI, to The Georgetown Company. Waterside is on the site formerly used as a recreational space for General Dynamics, later known as the Lockheed Martin Recreation Association. 

Measles case hits north Texas. And Dr. William Brian Byrd, Tarrant County public health director, said the county will develop a written plan this week. That plan could include setting up vaccination sites.

Fort Worth-based M2G Ventures acquired the 14-building, 740,000-square-foot Inwood Design Center (IDC) on 38 acres at 1110 Inwood Rd in Dallas. President Trump said that 25 percent tariffs on goods from Canada and Mexico, and an additional 10 percent tariff against China could begin Tuesday. 

Oscar-winning actor Gene Hackman and his wife appeared to have been dead for "quite a while" when the couple and their dog were found Wednesday at their home in Santa Fe, N.M., police say. Hackman, 95, was discovered in a side room near the kitchen and his wife Betsy Arakawa, a 65-year-old classical pianist, was found in a bathroom. Two other dogs were found alive.
