According to a state filing, Morgan Stanley has signed a lease for an office in The Crescent Fort Worth. The 6,981-square-foot location is an additional office; the financial services company will continue to maintain a presence in the Wells Fargo Tower, according to Patrick Manion, Morgan Stanleyās D-FW market executive. A move-in date is forecast for Q2 2024.
Florida investor Basis Industrial has purchased two Fort Worth industrial properties for $81.2 million. The buyer paid $57.2 million for a 421,721-square-foot warehouse campus at 2301-2759 Ludelle Street, and $24 million for a 161,418-square-foot industrial complex at 2301-2367 Blue Smoke Court. The Newmark Group brokered the sale.
