Southlake-based Sabre has a definitive sale agreement with Fort Worth-based TPG for its Hospitality Solutions Unit. The price is $1.1 billion through TPG Capital, the firm's U.S. and European private equity platform. TPG will have Hospitality Solutions as a stand-alone business.

Lottery ticket reseller Lotto.com has sued the Texas Lottery Commission because of recently contemplated rule changes that ban the online sale of lottery tickets. The online lottery company is also upset about investigations into its operations and state limits on the number of machines allotted to retailers, which were capped at five in early February. Texas Scorecard has the story

D-FW International Airport has reached a key milestone in its $3-billion Terminal C overhaul, successfully moving six massive modules into place, including one weighing 1,200 tons and measuring 204 feet by 68 feet. Modules have pre-installed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.

American Airlines has ended partnership talks with carrier JetBlue Airways and filed a lawsuit seeking damages. A court dissolved their Northeast Alliance in 2023, ruling it violated anti-trust laws, and the two airlines had been in talks to form a new partnership aimed at strengthening its network and loyalty program.

Illinois-based McMaster-Carr, a supplier of hardware, tools, raw materials, industrial materials and maintenance equipment, will start construction on a $100-million investment project. It is part of the company’s 2023 announcement about investing more than $360 million in its 117-acre site just east of Perot Field Fort Worth Alliance Airport.
