Renovations planned for AT&T Stadium: The home of the Dallas Cowboys is getting a refresh of premium clubs and suites, according to a filing with the state. HKS Inc. is listed as the design firm for the 575,000-square-foot, $180-million project. Netflix announced one final surprise for U.S. customers of its 25-year-old DVD-by-mail business ahead of its Sept. 29 shutdown. They get to keep their last shipment of DVDs without a late charge for unreturned discs. Remaining customers also had the chance to receive up to 10 extra discs in their final shipment for one last binge-fest.

Franchising 2: DeLucca Gaucho Pizza & Wine, which started in Southlake and has a restaurant in Fort Worth, will begin franchising, according to The Dallas Morning News.
Franchise 3: According to Dallas Innovates, BRIX Holdings will unveil a “first-of-its-kind” Smoothie Factory + Kitchen in North Richland Hills this fall. The restaurant will offer diverse food options in addition to smoothies and juices.

Pennsylvania-based Victaulic Co. acquired a 213,581-square-foot industrial facility in a 29-acre business park near Alliance Airport and 35W, according to The Dallas Morning News. Victaulic is a global manufacturer of mechanical pipe and flow control products and will use the location for manufacturing and distributing its products in Texas.
U.S. Navy avionics experts will receive two production lots of the third-generation, helmet-mounted displays for the Lockheed F-35 Lightning II joint strike fighter, a $347.4 million order. The advanced helmet-mounted display is a joint venture between Collins Aerospace and Elbit Systems of America in Fort Worth.
