Six Flags Entertainment Corporation plans to issue up to $850 million in Senior Secured Notes due 2032 in a private offering targeted at qualified institutional buyers. This move is to manage debt and finance the previously announced merger with Cedar Fair. Any remaining funds are expected to support general corporate purposes, which include working capital and operating expenses.
A unanimous Supreme Court ruled a Texas rancher whose 900-acre property flooded because of nearby interstate construction can seek compensation from the state for damaging his property. A lower court ruling had said no because damages incurred as a result of a public project. The Supreme Court said he has the right to claim what’s known as inverse condemnation and seek relief through state courts, according to Progressive Farmer.

Spire Realty Group has selected Citadel Partners to exclusively lead leasing efforts of One City Place and Two City Place in downtown Fort Worth. The 19-story twin towers at 300 Throckmorton and 100 Throckmorton total 531,468 square feet.

Fort Worth-based Sanara MedTech, which focuses on developing and commercializing transformative technologies to improve clinical outcomes, has entered into a $55.0 million non-dilutive, term-loan agreement with CRG Servicing LLC.
