  • Mirador CafĂ©: A new outpost of the flagship restaurant in downtown Dallas. Mirador will be a 32-seat restaurant attached to Forty Five Ten boutique. Expect signature tomato soup, whipped ricotta toast, quiches, sandwiches, salads and caviar. Opening is planned for fall. Location: 3220 W. 7th St.

  • Dos Mares: The sister property next door to Mexican restaurant Don Artemio. Dos Mares, or “two seas” in Spanish, will serve casual seafood. Think ceviches, tostadas and tacos. Opening is planned for May. Location: 3260 W. 7th  St. 

  • Capo Italian: Capo, or “boss” in Italian, will serve veal parmesan, grilled swordfish and Sicilian pizzas. The concept is from Felipe Armenta (Pacific Table, Press CafĂ©, Le Margot and Maria’s) and chef Graham Elliot. Opening is planned for September. Location: 9300 Team Ranch Road near Montserrat in southwest Fort Worth.
