Trinity Metro will preview its Blue Line Wednesday morning in Sundance Square, then launch it June 8. The Blue Line, the second of Trinity Metro’s color-coded bus routes, will help riders travel around downtown from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. It replaces Molly the Trolley.

The Texas lottery lives, but it’s doubtful the oversight commission will. A law to dismantle it and transfer responsibility to another state agency is awaiting Gov. Abbott’s signature.

Texas legislators have sent to Gov. Abbott a law that overhauls the process for removing a local official from office. 

Tarrant County Commissioners will vote on re-districting tomorrow and County Judge Tim O'Hare says “it’s 100% about partisan politics.”  

Gov. Abbott signed a bill that requires Apple and Google to verify the ages of people who download software from their app stores. A bill that would have banned minors from having accounts on services such as TikTok and Instagram is likely dead after a missed deadline. 

To support small businesses, the Arlington Economic Development Corporation has started the Arlington Business Certification program to help business owners obtain industry-recognized certifications to enhance operations, drive growth and support long-term success. The certification program better positions them to secure contracts with municipal and some private entities.

Avianca has started non-stop service between Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and Bogotá, the capital of Colombia. Service is four times weekly -- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.
